OM Network Consulting, a sole proprietorship founded in Alameda in 2006 and now located in Marin County, CA, I have provided IT services to individuals and small businesses around the San Francisco Bay Area for twenty years.

I design, plan, install, maintain, audit and troubleshoot small Local Area Networks. No problem is too small or too large. On many occasions, I have even made home visits to service personal computers and home-based businesses.

I have experience working throughout California with CSI, Techframeworks, Renaissance Worldwide, Chouinard & Myhre and others, and have since branched out on my own to attend to local businesses that require technical assistance on a project and/or ongoing basis in Marin County.

MISSION

I operate informally, no suits, ties or flashy marketing, just plain old fashioned good work, done with careful attention to details.

I do not "talk down" to clients, preferring to inform them in plain English about their available options as well as what work will be performed at each session. My goal is to set a network up so it may be handed over to the customer with no need of further protracted hourly costs.

No work is begun without an agreement in place stating exactly what is to be done, where responsibilities reside, how many hours will be employed, and what the criteria for completion happen to be for each phase.

Telephone support is available as well as emergency response.

I can do work that the Manage Service Providers cannot and at far more reasonable costs.
